Abdul haq stunned the world with Opendp.

Last friday, Abdul Haq, a teenaged web developer launched a website which helps the users to see the private profile pictures of any facebook account. Later a function was added to the site which even let you see the likes the photo have on facebook. The existence of a site like Opendp has put a huge question mark on the world largest social network's privacy. Personal information of over one billion people is stored in facebook database and it is easily exposed.

The website is gaining a great attention from Facebook users as they are concerned about their privacy. Some users are highly against this site whereas many people are enjoying using it and have no problem with it. With in just one week over six lakh profile pictures are exposed by this site. "The site was not made to hurt users privacy but the intention was to show the world that how irresponsible facebook is"- The Opendp site developer Abdul haq said in an answer to my question on facebook.

The site stats show that every minute the site disclose about 40 profile pictures and on average 400 people are always online on the site! The list show the name of the countries from which most users come:
1. Pakistan
2. Saudi Arabia
3. United states
4. India
5. New Zealand
6. UK
7. Canada
8. Afghanistan

Now we can just hope that Facebook do something to secure our privacy on their site.
